Before 5pm this is one of my favourite places to meet and do work in London, especially for clients that want to avoid central London. Only problem is the signal issue which makes calls a little challenge but plenty of comfortable seats & plug sockets. I would recommend this as a hotspot for businesses during the day but it gets busy and loud as soon as it hits 5pm. I've tried the conference facilities which are a little tight but the pricing isn't too bad for London. Great for intimate workshops or events. P.S the view and terrace is great for people who love light and the outdoors.
The drinks were expensive, 5.00 for a bottle of coke, 5.00 for a bottle of lager staff was rude, although I stood at the bar for a very long time, they served the men first.Would never go there at all, food was cold couldn't even cut the turkey with a knife, dessert was nice.
A nice bar with great views, a balcony and very wide choice of booze. Friendly and helpful staff.
Second time visiting. Had dinner which was nice, Battered Fish and chips, mushy peas & that important glass of wine. The view was amazing, plus staff were really polite and helpful. Well worth the visit, even if its for a cup of tea and a view onto the East of London whilst the sun is setting.
Well cooked food reasonably priced considering its a hotel & its location. Some will baulk at 5.50 for a pint of Sixsmiths but other beers are available & if you've had a pint in the Cow you'll know what you pay. Only downside was their lack of knowledge about the deals they offer, as making payment shouldn't be such a chore.
