I simply do not understand the logic of this store. Its stuck in the stone ages. You pick a ticket and wait in line, like a hospital.
Very nice store bright and airy items were set out really nicely and shop was packed prices were OK but my only bug bear with the shop was u had to stand and wait to be attended by a member of staff but the staff were polite and helpful no complaints there.

Some of the staff greeting customers were a bit rude understand it's Christmas and busy. The Staff Member that actually served me was helpful and polite. Updated review went back in the new year . My worst luck got a voucher so went back hoping for a better experience. Nope ! Was met by the rude girl from before Christmas and then the staff member that served me was so unhelpful.
We got my daughters a bracelet and the lady who served us was extremely helpful! Myself and my wife had laughs with the sales assistant and made our experience at Pandora the best experience ever. If I am not mistaken she wears a black dress and has her hair tied back in a low bun, she has great skills and we will definitely be back!
