Recently completed my purchase order of a time piece I ordered . In light of procuring my watch, I had to wait a little longer than expected but this was something out of the control of the store and company hence forth not impacting the rating given above so please don't let this impact any judgments made here after .The overall environment is great and the store is well presented , when going into the store your always welcomed with a friendly smile by all the team . All the team are knowledgeable in their own respective rights of the products they stock and have a genuine interest in the field of bespoke jewelry and watches.My overall personal experience was pleasant and had the pleasure of dealing with Luke Arnold and Nadiya from start to end . Luke was great to communicate with and kept me up to date and was transparent and honest in his communications which was greatly appreciated. The service given was above and beyond my expectation and was a great representation of what you would expect from Fraser hart . Overall Fraser Hart Stratford is a great store to visit for a bespoke shopping experience.
What an experience! I had saved up for a Rolex for a while now and was unsure where to purchase my first one. My friends told me about Frazer Hart and I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. I was greeted by a young sales assistant named Mehmet who made the experience a memorable one. I couldnt be more happy with the watch. He sat me down and told me about the mechanics behind the watch and the extensive collection they had to offer in store. It was definitely a memorable experience and I couldnt be more thankful to the Frazer Hart team for thier service.
