Good equipment. Gets crowded sometimes, but never so bad that I can't complete my workout.
It's clean, it's affordable - it's good value for money! Keep an eye for the busy times though...I always go mid days so it's ok for me...
Good range and quantity of equipment for a good price (15.99 a month), it is very rare not to be able to get a machine. Far too little air con so often sweaty, warm and stuffy in the evenings when it's busier. Also equipment is pretty outdated so if you're looking for fancy machines with fans and a TV this is probably not the place for you.
Great place for a workout. Has a good selection of equipment to suit all needs. They have fully trained staff to help you with all your fitness requirements. You can get a varied selection of personal trainers all good at their job. Drinks and supplements are available from vending machines. The gym is kept in a very clean condition both in changing rooms and fitness area. Lockers are available and a showers to. All in all I highly recommend.
Good gym with all necessary free weights equipment. Could do with a bit more space and another bench press and squat rack area. Can sometimes be impossible to get on anything at peak times in the evening. And I wish the showers had a temperature control. Apart from that, great!
