They dont care you when you want to cancel the membership. Obviously this is another gym just want your money , dont believe anything they said to you.My friend and I got promised to get our refund from the headquarters, and 6 months later it still not happened. Although its very little money , so I choose not to claim it from oversea , but every word I wrote I mean it . its a shame one company would like to lose their credit for such a small money. thats why I said they dont care. Wide range of good equipment and classes, doesn't get too busy. Polite and helpful personal trainers and staff. I do feel that the after-sales 'care' could be better because I had a few issues with my payments and direct debits that were neglected. Point of contact is confusing, when you need to speak to head office there is no direct number or specific email. However, I really enjoy this gym overall and have made a lot of progress here.
Good facilities, you could do most workouts here. Changing rooms clean. Offer lots of martial arts and ring based sports classes - good if thats what your interested in. Spin studios are really good, love the light system which lets the instructor know what level your working at! Only comment would be that more space, mats and rollers etc are needed for people wanting to focus on mobility and stretching (outside of classes).
Just called the club to find out if I could do some day trial, as I was thinking to join.... the answer was will cost you 20 for the day with some attitude!! Why should I pay to try your gym? Not even on my actual club they do that!... ... a bit disappointing ... :(
