I booked an appointment to discuss issues with my iPhone battery. They staff very quickly agreed that I needed a new battery and it was done within the hour. Brilliant service!
Is Muhammad Shah new to this country. Does he not realize that more than 50% of "customers" inside the Apple Store are not actually intending to buy but are simply browsing. If you actually want service, surely it is common sense to be proactive in approaching a member of staff rather than simply hoping someone will come running over to you. People browsing often complain of feeling harassed by staff asking if they can help them. That is why staff need to be approached.
Alway bad and rude customer service. Any time Im going there its just an awful experience. I was waiting 50 minutes for my genius appointment and I was having a look to some Mac book pro because I need to buy a new one. Store not busy at all. No one approached me even tho there were free staff members going around. I think its ridiculous for the level they pretend to be. Nothing left from Jobs words. So upsetting. And I will not write about the treatment a the Genius Bar after all. Disgusting ... bad bad BAD
I wish I could give minus stars but I can't have to give something. I walked in and was there for 30 mins but not one of the sales teams approached me but everyone around me. And once they were finished with their customer just went to the front and started chatting with other colleagues. So -5 stars. Was there to buy a mac book but not anymore. Will buy something else.
Definitely the time to go: weekday 10.30 am. Almost nobody in the store and yet there was an awkward moment when to employees argued over who wanted to help me the least. Once that was decided, nice service, though.
