Worst store to buy from - pay extra for click and collect and they wont refund you in store, you have to post it back. Definitely not worth the hassle of shopping here when there are so many other department stores that carry the same brand which dont have this stupid policy! DONT BOTHER
House of Fraser sell high quality branded goods so everything is really quite expensive If you like brands then go and you will enjoy it. I personally not do bothered about brands which is the reason for the lukewarm rating It really is a nice shop
So and my friend was just trying some YSL perfume and Natalia saw us and encouraged us to try out the other products even though we told her we can't afford the products. She was really professional and treated us with uttermost respect and professional. Thank you very much again Natalia. Absolutely great service.
Worst shopping experience I've had for a while. Unresponsive staff, shoe girl standing there chewing gum in my face with her mouth open, no seat in changing room to put clothes on, had to go back out and ask for hangers otherwise I would have had to put clothes on the floor that I was trying on along with my own. When I went to pay the chap asked me what discounts there were for the clothes I was buying as he didn't know. If I didn't need the items I would have left them and walked out. I can see why they're losing money and closing stores. Perhaps with better customer service training people would be inclined to shop there more.
