Terrible. I'm lost for words. Incompetence displayed by more of the staff than not. Poor proffessional attitude from Rachael, talking about me when I'm in ear shot and sight. Rude. No apology for the order ",mix up?". On my return to finally collect the item the next day, I faced new issues, payment information not conveyed to colleagues. However, competence and even helpfulness was displayed on the return trip and an apology. I do not find the click and collect facility of ANY use. I don't personally think it saves any time and causes hassle. I don't use it but on more than one occasion the click and collect facility in this Sainsbury's. Ur just as quick ordering in-store, if thts still an option?
Well laid out and ideal for picking up an order made online.
Customer service leave much to be desired. Some good prices but worth checking unless close to home like Bridges branch.
