Excellent staff, will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with the purchase. I traded in my old car with ease and they sorted everything out! One of the members of staff Junaid was absolutely fantastic, he guided me through the whole process, and called me after the purchase to make sure I was happy with everything. Its the first experience Ive ever had in a car dealership thats been so pleasant, no one is trying to push you into a purchase and everything is very relaxed.

We were served today by Josh at Westfield, White City, who had been previously very helpful by email. He confirmed that the car and colour we wanted was in stock at the port and kept us up to date with info. Once in the store his knowledge of the Ateca was very good and answered all our questions. The sale went through very smoothly and met with all our requirements. I would recommend dealing with this young sales advisor any time.
