From the first moment l went there l felt treated in a very professional way. I was there with my 4 years old daughter , who got on and off the exposed cars, like any other child with the same age and the staff was very kind to her at all the times.Everything is very professional with them....delivery date, payment, information about vehicles, etc, etc.I would like to mention Harrison for his professionalism and kindness and also Matthew excellent professional customer service. The car was delivered on the scheduled day, as described on a perfect conditions. I have to say that l would really recommend hyundai Stratford because staff profesionality and also mention that l am fascinated with my new hyundai i10. Just amazing!!!

I just went to visit this showroom. Im appalled by the customer service there. I understand that you are based in Stratford and sometimes kids want to come in and have fun with the cars. However, Im in my 20s and I was looking to purchase a car and the staff assumed I was a child. I was never approached or asked if I needed help. When I entered a car I was told not to touch anything. One staff member thought it was funny to say to me that I am not allowed to open and close the door 2 times. He then told me he was joking. After I said that I found that very unprofessional, the staff members that were present were laughing at me and I left. Im very dissapointed that some staff members judge your appearance and assume I was just having a look. As someone whos been working in sales for a few years, I would advise management to tell those working a Saturday shift to treat anyone coming in as a potential customer. Disgusting customer service, and you should be weary about judging people by their appearance. That could get you into a lot of trouble and possible claims of discrimination.
