Clean and tidy with a great range of products. Service is always excellent.
I'm not over impressed. Nice products but they ain't any better than cheaper brands I've purchased. It's all about their name. If you want to spend thousands on something that costs a few hundred to make. Then this is the place for you. If I was a millionaire I would probably think differently

It was busy and had to wait to be accommodated when i went to their store in Westfield Shepherds Bush but it was worth the wait. Their customer service is exceptional. I was assisted by Muhammed who was very friendly and welcoming.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Ive never been into a store like this before but have wanted a LV bag for years and was lucky enough to be able to get one. I walked in and stood around for 20 minutes before I went up to someone and asked to view a bag and was told there was a waiting list. Well how do I do that I asked. She said whats your name? Took my name and put me on the list. She was so rude it was absolutely shocking!! She was happy to let me walk away after saying there was a list. Didnt even offer to take my name. However, the lady that served me for my bag was very lovely, helpful and patient whilst I tried so many bags. They need a better system in place to greet customers as they enter the store. Not everybody knows about your name going on a list to wait to be served!!
