Waited ages but it was worth the wait. I got the trainer's I liked n left . But don't like how the cashier was fussing cos she had to stamp the receipt for duty free shopping . It wasn't for me but it was still annoying . It wasn't the customers complaining . It was the cashier complaining that it would take long to stamp. Well . All she had to do was stamp it !! Or open another till !!!! Just so annoying . Poor client didn't speak enough English to tell her just to get on n stamp it.
Shop was nice more fashion store rather than a sports shop to be honest the staff are OK the only thing I would say the design of some of the clothes is a little bit different which ain't a bad thing. But and it's a big but the trainers are a bit expensive and the sales items could be better and cheaper to be honest. I suppose it's the trend with these so called sports oriented shop
Very unreliable company in regards to ordering online. Asked for order to be sent to the Shepherd's Bush branch of Footasylum. Received 2 emails from customer services telling me that my shoes had arrived in store (a week and a half after ordering). Provided the staff member behind the till with my details and she went into the stockroom to check, but she couldn't find my order. Contacted customer services about what had happened, and they said that they had been reassured that it was definitely there, ready for collection. Decided to contact them again (for what felt like the umpteenth time) the following day before going back to Westfield, just to be 100% sure that my shoes were definitely there. Turns out there was an error in the system and they hadn't even been sent! Ended up getting refunded but am annoyed that I wasted time and money travelling to the store for nothing.
Really nice place. The food was excellent and service was on point.5/5 :)
The selection of shoes is good and they have good deals that go on all year round but the store is too small and crowded on a normal day when it's not busy you have to squeeze past objects and imagine on extremely busy days you can't look around at all. They need to do something about the displays and layout.
