One of the best theatres no doubt about that and have the best sound experience one can have while watching a movie. Just a query that why do you have mini theatre in which screen size is small and screen is too close to the seating. And even if you have smaller screen why do you charge as much as the bigger screen. For same price my experience is compromised which I could not understand why.
Amazing cinema. A really pleasant experience. Many screens with great variety of movies to watch and state of the art sound systems. Only down side waiting time to buy tickets and refreshments especially during peak hours. It will be nice if management recruits more staff during such peak hours.
Top 3 Vue cinema in London. Best quality seating and screens. Food is priced high as expected for cinemas, however service is very slow at the counters. Cashiers normally take 4-5 minutes per customer. On the positive side if you are not purchasing food, tickets can be bought and collected online or using self service kiosks. Email codes can be scanned on your phone instead of printing a ticket.
Really nice place that feels luxurious. Seats are very comfortable. But the price is expensive compared to other cinemas. This maybe be because of its location as its located in one of the busiest shopping centres.
