Friendly staff and good service and facilities. The suites could be a bit nicer though and, the access to the reception could be a bit more convenient. But when it comes to the UK, I think it's a great place to stay!

Situated on the outskirts, in the midst of a grand shopping mall. Service is good, buffet breakfast is excellent. Rooms are large with TV bathroom ensuite. No fridge. No scenery, just the shipping mall. Though the hotel serves its actual purpose, that of a comfortable place to sleep and have a good breakfastThe hotel is Very close (200m) to the West Ham football stadium and 150 from the Olympic swimming pool.
Room is great.. no real problems...I would say however:Put in some tea towels that are absorbent and which work. Current ones are useless.Put in something to drain plates etc. I washed a couple of plates and they end up draining onto the floor Get rid of baths. Showers are better. I m getting over an operation and the effort in climbing up amd into a bath for a shower..is pretty hard work.In terms of the breakfast offer....does it always have to be scrambled egg plus..no salt and pepper.Thats it.
My room was decent sized and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable. Like all suites in this hotel, it had a stove top, microwave, and refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and unlike most hotels the breakfast area had ample and comfortable seating. There are an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants just outside of the hotel entrance, and it's a great location for transportation: a short walk to either the Stratford Underground station or to Stratford International station.
