Have found this to be a great service, BUT I used to pay 67p a month for my kids which was great for the optical care for my daughter. They have now reduced the optical care to just 57.50, what use is that to anyone?!! Very disappointed!!! I will be asking my employers (whom the plan is with), to review and to look for alternative healthcare plans!! According to Westfield Health I can't complain directly to them and to upgrade the plan it would cost me over 600!!!
My husband, my kids and I- weve been with this insurance company for over 7 years now and I have to say it has always provided an excellent service. Personally me I have a very positive experience of using free MRI service and Best Doctors. Free MRI scan was organised pretty quickly -4-5 days after I contacted the Westfield. Can not mention numerous dental appointments, consultants apps, physio that my family got money back for. I recommend Westfield Health very greatly.
Paid in for years to Westfield insurance and only ever claimed for optical and dental. The only time I put in a more serious claim for seeing a consultant I get paid short as a result of not clocking the small print that my cover only pays out a certain %age of my claim. Well that cost me then! If you go with these guys check and double check what you are actually covered for.

I went back to them after being with other organisations for a few years I wish I hadnt. they used old bank account details from when I was last with to pay my claim a bank account which is closed and they said I will have to wait another 5 working days for my money.
