First visit. Really impressed at quality of fabrics. Good ranges. Bought stuff when I had just intended to browse! Recc menswear.

If it were possible to rate 0 stars I would. By far the WORST customer service I have ever received. Went to exchange two items that were recieved as a gift (had no receipt), was told no exchange could be done without a receipt and the value could not be placed on a gift card. Then when I asked for the customer service number to see if anyone higher up could solve this issue, I was told by the MANAGER that Bershka dont have a customer service number?! Understood that nothing could be done in store, but to lie and say that your world wide company doesnt have a customer service number is a joke. The manager then refused to give his name and said he does not have to give me anything. Completely rude and disrespectful, would never return to this store. Just shop online.
A place where you can easily be left without your purse and no action taken even when you know exactly where and how it happened. No one bother to help because they don't want to envolve the name of the shop in this kind of problems.
one of my favourite shops. almost always leave with something. it's affordable and more than worth it, which is rare. puffer jackets are really cute among many other things.
