Not good at all! I wouldnt even give them 1 star. They had my car for a whole day and when I got back the car looked clean but I could already notice that the car wasnt done to a professional level outside, but it was ok if you were to pay 10 for a car was. But I payed 145 for a full valet. When I got inside I could see the carpet looked clean but there was something strange about it but at that time I didnt pay attention to it that much. As soon as I started to use my car it became apparent that they didnt clean the carpet properly. They just rubbed it on the surface to make it look clean but all the dust and dirt inside was just waiting to make way to the surface. In about a couple of days my car looked and smelled the same as if it was never cleaned. I dont even know how this is possible, I never had this experience before. The carpet is light colour so everything shows up. And to top it all off my the carpet was damaging in the process! It looked warn out, and rubbed I dont even know how to explain it. Its just not the same ever since. It was a very disappointing experience, I basically payed 145 pounds to some dude to damage my upholstery. The service worth about a 5 car was on the outside. Avoid them

What a waste of money....expensive wash which you can get done for half the price anywhere else, with worst finishing
Terrible car washI left the car with them and it was supposed to receive a deep clean with HD polishing and leather treatment. When I returned to the car, it looked like it had been wiped with a wet clothes, no brilliant shine as promised. The inside of the car had been vacuumed, but not to a standard of a 58 clean. Upon opening the boot, mud was in the sill, obviously they hadn't opened the boot to clean. When I complained that a 58 cleaning job had been done, I was told that I could receive a discount on my next visit. I told her that I didn't have time to discuss as I had paid for my parking and had to leave.This place is a rip off and do not clean the car anywhere near the standard that the price would indicate.
