Me and my boyfriend turned up on Tuesday to a lovely scenery. My boyfriend had booked it as a Christmas present for me. We pulled up thinking we was going to have a log burner and views looking over the lake. However, the wrong cabin had been booked by accident. I went over to reception to see if there was anything they could do for us. Marina was very helpful and understanding. She was able to offer us the cabin that we thought we had booked at no extra cost. I cannot explain how much she made our stay here that much better. We moved to lodge 9 and it couldn't have been any more perfect. It was clean, warm and lovely. The hot tub was mega. It was private from people walking past but also looked over the lake. When you're laid in the tub on a clear night you could see the stars which made it even more perfect. The log burner was perfect. Lovely and warm. However we did bring our own stuff to burn on it. Each lodge on the lake had their own peg if you wanted to go fishing. Check out was at 10. On departure we was given a loyalty card for money off our next booking and we will definitely be coming back! Thankyou for having us.
We stayed at willow plus 5 in November for 2 nights, Andy greeted us within 5 minutes of us arriving, showed us how to use everything ect,it was lovely and warm ,logs were in a large bucket ready for the burner, hot tub was already to use, the cabin was so clean and I wanted to take the bed home it was so comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay ,so did our friends, booked again for Easter for 3 nights , thanks for a great stay

Only called in the spotted duck cafe which was brilliant as per usual. Stayed at westfield in 2016 and to be honest it was quite run down, plenty of improvement since last visit. Fishing pond looks a lot better and the place looks a lot tidier.
Fantastic park. Great atmosphere and spotlessly clean lodges. Excellent food in the spotted duck restaurant too!
