I went to caffe concerto at Westfield Stratford was my first time, very disappointed staff don't know what they are doing the woman that served me was rude. I brought an expensive amount if chocolates they were just chucked into a bag not a box nothing and when I asked for a box I got rolling eyes. Really bad customer service.
I came in today to have a coffee..Its not my first time here so i was surprised The stuff was so rude! I want to mention Bianca, she was especially rude to me And another lady in a blue shirt with white stripes on it,.i asked her for a shot of baileys...and bless her, she didnt even know what Baileys is. The coffee was disgusting. 1/4 of a star they deserve
I've been today to Caffe Concerto with my husband. I had a very nice experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive with us. One of the lady help us to choose a cake ( I recommend the Honey cake, it's amazing). For sure we gonna come back for lunch soon.
The waiter came after 15 mins to get your order after entering the cafe. Even after calling a waitress/waiter to get our order, it was very time consuming. Anyways straight to the point, the Selva cake was just perfect. Its even better with Cafe Viennese with cream. The interior deco felt like youre in some flashy, ostentatious and opulent luxurious cafe in Paris. But the mood was very relaxed and chilled vibes. Ive ordered my dads and sisters birthday cake here before, its worth every penny!
Great food, great service. I would give 6* but not possible. Spaghetti pescatore really delicious, topped up with a glass of Chablis, no words. The food arrived within minutes from ordering, and Adina, the person who served me knows what she is doing, been polite and knowledgeable. Ill definitely come back to this place.
